This policy explains what personal data Tinyhuman and TinyRank handle and why. The controller is Maklu Initiative Limited, 13 Adelaide Road, Dublin, D02 P950, Ireland, Ireland. Contact: hello@tinyhuman.ai.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, agency name, logo and the details you add in Settings.
- Client website details you enter: business name, address, phone, email, categories and description.
- A WordPress admin login, held encrypted only until setup finishes and then deleted; after that, an encrypted TinyRank access key.
- What TinyRank reads and changes on client websites: public page content, SEO settings, and a log of every change with old and new values.
- Billing details, handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store card numbers.
- Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as login sessions and server logs.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for (contract).
- To bill you and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
- To send service emails such as reports, password resets and alerts about your clients’ websites (contract).
- To keep the service secure and fix problems (legitimate interest).
We don’t sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your clients’ data
For the business details and website content of your clients, your agency decides what is added and why, and we process it on your behalf. We can provide a data processing agreement on request.
Who helps us run the service
- Hostinger: our servers, located in the United Kingdom, which the EU recognises as providing adequate data protection.
- Anthropic (through OpenRouter): the AI model that reads public page content and decides on SEO changes.
- WPVibe: the connector that carries out changes on WordPress websites.
- Stripe: payments.
- Resend: sending email.
- AgentMail: email inboxes used to confirm directory listings.
Some of these providers process data outside the EU under safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and for up to 90 days after it closes, except billing records, which we keep for as long as Irish tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@tinyhuman.ai. If you’re unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).
