Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Tinyhuman and TinyRank. The service is run by Maklu Initiative Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 713617), at 13 Adelaide Road, Dublin, D02 P950, Ireland (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your agency.

What TinyRank does

TinyRank connects to WordPress websites you add, audits them, makes small search-engine changes (such as page titles, descriptions and image descriptions), proposes larger changes for your approval, creates business directory listings, adds backlinks and produces reports. Every change it makes is logged with its previous value so you can undo it.

Your responsibilities

• You only add websites you, or the client who owns them, have authorised you to manage, and you have permission to give us admin access to them.
• The business details you enter are accurate. We use them for directory listings exactly as entered.
• You keep a working backup of each website. Without a backup plugin, TinyRank only reads the site.
• You keep your login details safe and are responsible for what people on your team do in your account.
• You don’t use TinyRank for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful to the websites it works on.

Access to client websites

You give us a WordPress admin login once. We use it to create a TinyRank access key and install a small connector plugin, then delete the password. You can revoke our access at any time by removing the access key or the plugin in WordPress, or by removing the client in your account.

Fees and cancellation

TinyRank costs $99 per client website per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, plus any tax that applies. Adding or removing a website changes the next invoice, prorated. You can remove a website or cancel your subscription at any time; it ends at the close of the current billing period and we don’t refund partial months. Promotional access we grant can be withdrawn with 30 days’ notice.

Results

Search rankings depend on many things outside our control. We don’t promise any particular ranking, traffic or number of leads, or that any directory will keep a listing live.

Changes and availability

We work to keep the service running and to make only reversible changes on your websites, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If a change causes a problem, undo it from your dashboard or contact us and we’ll help put it right.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn’t pay, and we’ll tell you why. When an account closes, TinyRank stops work and we delete its data within 90 days, except what we must keep by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute.
