The SEO work your clients pay for, done every day.
Here’s what changes when the routine work stops depending on someone finding the time.
- Audit
- By hand:Someone clicks through the site and notes what's wrong.
- Reads every page Google can see, every day. A 112-page site takes about 12 seconds.
- Titles and descriptions
- By hand:Rewritten page by page when there's time.
- Weak ones rewritten from what each page is really about, with the old version kept.
- Image descriptions
- By hand:Usually skipped.
- Missing descriptions written for photos in the media library.
- Business listings
- By hand:A few directories submitted, then forgotten.
- New listings built every weekday, each one checked from a logged-out browser.
- Backlinks
- By hand:Outreach squeezed in between other jobs.
- New backlinks added every 30 days, each one checked live.
- Reporting
- By hand:Screenshots pasted into a deck at month end.
- A PDF in your branding on the 1st of every month, ready to forward.
- Mistakes
- By hand:Hard to trace who changed what.
- Every change logged with its old value. Undo is one click.
We ran it on a real client site first.
An Irish wedding videographer’s WordPress site, in October 2026. In one session we used TinyRank to rewrite 7 film page titles so they name the venue, describe 28 photos, fix the Terms page headings and remove a duplicate from the sitemap.
Every change was checked on the live site afterwards and logged with its old value.

A report your client can read, in your branding.
On the 1st of every month you get a PDF for each client with your logo and colour, written in your agency’s voice. It lists each improvement with its old and new value, plus the new listings and backlinks.
Between reports, your dashboard shows what happened in the last 24 hours for every client.
Adding a client takes about five minutes.
Add the site
Business details and a WordPress admin login. We suggest a separate TinyRank user.
We connect
TinyRank creates its own access key, installs its connector and deletes the password.

Questions agencies ask
Is it safe to let it change a client's live site?
TinyRank only makes small changes that can be undone: Google titles, descriptions and image descriptions. New pages, rewrites and redirects wait for your approval. It never deletes anything, and on a site with no backup plugin it only reads until a backup is in place.
Will my clients see TinyRank?
No. The monthly report carries only your agency's name, logo and colour. TinyRank installs a small connector plugin on the site and hides it from the WordPress dashboard.
Do you keep the WordPress password?
No. We use the admin login once to create TinyRank's own access key, then delete the password. You can remove that key from WordPress any time. We recommend creating a separate admin user called TinyRank for it.
Which sites does it work with?
WordPress sites using Rank Math, Yoast or All in One SEO, including sites built with Elementor. Other platforms are not supported yet.
Where do the business listings come from?
From free directories in the client's country, built every weekday. A listing only counts once its public page shows a link to the client's website. Ireland is covered today, with the UK and US next.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is monthly per client site, and you can cancel a site any time from your account.
