Is it safe to let it change a client's live site?
TinyRank does the work itself: page copy (Elementor and Divi pages too), Google titles and descriptions, images and plugin updates. It never deletes anything and never touches users, passwords or code. Every change is logged on the client's page, most with one-click undo, and if a plugin update stops the site loading, TinyRank switches that plugin off straight away and we restore the old version. Take a full backup before you add a site, just to be safe.
Do I need to know anything about SEO?
No. You add your website once with your business details and a WordPress login, and TinyRank does the rest. Every change is written in plain English with what it said before, so you can read along or ignore it. Bigger changes like new pages wait for a yes from you.
I look after other people's websites. Will they see TinyRank?
No. The monthly report carries only your name, logo and colour, so agencies forward it to clients as their own. TinyRank installs a small connector plugin on the site and hides it from the WordPress dashboard.
Do you keep the WordPress password?
No. We use the admin login once to create TinyRank's own access key, then delete the password. You can remove that key from WordPress any time. We recommend creating a separate admin user called TinyRank for it.
Which sites does it work with?
WordPress sites using Rank Math, Yoast or All in One SEO, including sites built with Elementor. Other platforms are not supported yet.
Where do the business listings come from?
From free directories, built every weekday. A listing only counts once its public page shows a link to the client's website. We build them for businesses anywhere in the world, using directories that accept their country, so how many are available varies by country.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is monthly per client site. You can remove a site or cancel the whole subscription any time from Settings, and it ends at the close of the period.
How many changes does it make a day?
Up to 7 real changes a day per site, made inside WordPress itself rather than through a JavaScript layer on top of the page. Seven is enough to clear a typical backlog in a few weeks and small enough that you can read the whole day's log over a coffee. Bigger jobs like new pages and rewrites wait for your approval.
When does it run?
Every day at 9am in the site's own time zone. The first audit runs the same day you add a site, covering every page Google can see, and it runs again every 30 days so new problems get picked up.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days. A card is taken at checkout but nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel in Settings any time before then and nothing is charged; your account and its history stay. From day 8 it is $99 per website a month. The free audit at /rank/audit needs no card at all.
What happens if a plugin update breaks the site?
TinyRank checks the site after each update. If the site stops loading it switches that plugin off straight away, so the site is back within the same run, and the change is logged like any other. It never updates WordPress core.
Who is behind it?
Khalid Farhan, who runs a digital marketing agency in Dublin with 21 clients. TinyRank started as the tool that does the daily SEO work for those clients, and the first sites it ran on are theirs.
